miss universe- national costume night

the national costumes of the miss universe contestants get more ridiculous each year. these do not even remotely look like their national costumes anymore. the ladies look like they are in a brazilian mardigras. i could almost hear the samba music playing in the background. this particular segment of the miss universe should no longer be called national costume night. they could call it fantasy costume ball, and the contestants would fit right in.
